Your New York Extended Stay Hotel

The Extended Stay rate requires a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights.

Checking out before completing the 30-night minimum will result in your stay being re-rated at the hotel’s prevailing retail rate for all nights stayed.

No. Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

You may cancel your reservation at no charge by 6:00 PM (hotel local time) at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a fee equal to three nights’ room and tax.

Changes to stay dates or length may result in a rate adjustment. Extensions are subject to availability.

Blackout dates may apply. Room upgrades may be available for an additional cost.

Discounted self-parking is available at the Ninety Park Garage, located at 90 Park Avenue (entrance at 29 East 39th Street).
Rates are $50 per 24-hour period for standard-sized vehicles and $60 for oversized vehicles.
Please have your parking ticket validated by the hotel to receive the discounted rate.

Park Terrace Hotel welcomes one pet per guest room, currently at no additional cost. Pets must weigh 35 pounds or less, be fully trained, leashed in public areas, and may not be left unattended in the room. Guests are required to be present during room service visits and will be responsible for any damage. Pets are not permitted in food and beverage outlets or the fitness center (excluding service animals). A pet waiver is required upon arrival. Please see the concierge for local pet resources.
