You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 6 pm hotel local time 72 hours prior to arrival. A fee of three nights’ room and tax applies if you cancel after this deadline.

We’re happy to store your luggage on arrival if rooms aren’t ready or upon departure. Just ask the concierge!

Park Terrace Hotel welcomes no more than one pet per guest room currently at no additional cost. Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests. Guest will be required to sign a waiver form and provide contact information that outlines hotel’s pet policy. Pets are not allowed in the food and beverage outlets and fitness center (this exclusion does not apply to service animals), pet must be on a leash when in the hotel or on property, pet must weigh no more than 35 pounds, guests will be asked to coordinate with the Concierge Team to have the room serviced as we require you to be in the room with your pet when the room is being serviced, pets must not be left unattended in guest room, guests will be responsible for all property damage and or person injuries resulting from their pet. Please see the Concierge for an information sheet upon check in for local pet supply, veterinarian, dog daycare options, local dog park. You will be required to sign a pet waiver fee upon arrival.
