Terms and Conditions
- Rate is based upon a 30 night continuous stay
- Checking out early will result in your rate being adjusted to our prevailing retail rate during your stay and will be considerably higher
- Rate does not include tax
- Rate is Commissionable
- Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 6pm hotel local time 72 hours prior to arrival date. Please note that we will assess a fee of three nights room and tax if must cancel after this deadline
- Reservation Modification: Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservations may result in a rate change
- In the event that you wish to extend your stay, the Extended Stay rate must be available for the requested dates.
- Blackout dates may apply. Room upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
