We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 p.m. (local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.

For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax. For cancellations within 14 days for corporate apartments, the cancellation charge is 50% of the first 30 nights.

Our pet-friendly Manhattan hotel welcomes one pet per guest room at no additional cost. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note the following guidelines:

• One pet per guest room (maximum weight: 35 lbs).
  Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests.
• Guests must sign a pet waiver form and provide contact information outlining the hotel’s pet policy upon arrival.
• Pets are not allowed in food & beverage outlets or the fitness center (service animals are exempt).
  Pets must remain on a leash when in the hotel or on property.
• Guests must coordinate with the Concierge Team for room servicing and must be present during cleaning.
• Pets may not be left alone in the guest room.
  Guests are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by their pet.
• Upon check-in, please see the Concierge for an information sheet with nearby pet supply stores, veterinarians, dog daycare options, and local dog parks.

If you arrive early and your room is ready, you can also check in early free of charge. In this case, maid service will not be provided until the following day unless specifically requested and paid for.

Early Check in is available at an additional fee from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; subject to availability

Late Check out is subject to availability from Noon – 1 p.m. complimentary

Late Check out is a ½ day fee 1-4 p.m.; full day fee after 4 p.m.

We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into or upon departure. Our NYC hotel concierge can do this for you.

Parking is available at the Ninety Park Garage, conveniently located near our hotel in Midtown Manhattan.

Same-day dry cleaning and wash and fold services are available for a fee.
