CHECK IN

Please check-in with one of our hosts at the desk on the 6th floor by providing your name and room number. They can then help get you seated.

GUESTS

We encourage you to bring guests to experience Branch, but ask that you limit them to two at a time. Your two guests are welcome to join you at the club at any time, so long as you are also there. You are responsible for your guests’ behaviour, and we ask that you ensure your guests call it a night when you do.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome until 5pm.

LAPTOPS

During the day, our club is very much designed to be a place to work. But we ask that no laptops are used after 5pm, so that members and guests can take full advantage of the club as a social space, too.

CALLS

Phone and video calls are permitted throughout the club until 5pm, but we ask that you don’t use speakerphone and instead use earphones when doing so. Please always be mindful of your volume when taking calls in the club.

PHOTOGRAPHY

This is permitted but be mindful of your fellow guests and members.

PETS

Only service animals permitted.

OPENING HOURS

7am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

THE IVY ROOM

This space is available to hire via our events team. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

FOOD & DRINK

Any external food or drink, aside from water, is not allowed to be brought into or consumed in Branch. This includes items such as packed lunches, snacks or alcoholic drinks. The only exception to this is if there is a valid medical reason.

DRESS CODE

The following are respectfully prohibited:

– Beach attire including flip flops and bathing suits.

– Gym or athletic sportswear after 5pm.

– Shorts after 5pm.
