What is your cancellation policy?
We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 p.m. (local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.
Are you able to hold our luggage?
We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into or upon departure. Our NYC hotel concierge can do this for you.
Do you permit pets?
Our pet-friendly Manhattan hotel welcomes one pet per guest room at no additional cost. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note the following guidelines:
- One pet per guest room (maximum weight: 35 lbs).
Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests. - Guests must sign a pet waiver form and provide contact information outlining the hotel’s pet policy upon arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in food & beverage outlets or the fitness center (service animals are exempt).
Pets must remain on a leash when in the hotel or on property. - Guests must coordinate with the Concierge Team for room servicing and must be present during cleaning.
- Pets may not be left alone in the guest room.
Guests are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by their pet. - Upon check-in, please see the Concierge for an information sheet with nearby pet supply stores, veterinarians, dog daycare options, and local dog parks.
