We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 pm (hotel local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.

For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax. For cancellations within 14 days for corporate apartments, the cancellation charge is 50% of the first 30 nights.

Park Terrace Hotel welcomes no more than one pet per guest room currently at no additional cost. Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests. Guest will be required to sign a waiver form and provide contact information that outlines hotel’s pet policy. Pets are not allowed in the food and beverage outlets and fitness center (this exclusion does not apply to service animals), pet must be on a leash when in the hotel or on property, pet must weigh no more than 35 pounds, guests will be asked to coordinate with the Concierge Team to have the room serviced as we require you to be in the room with your pet when the room is being serviced, pets must not be left unattended in guest room, guests will be responsible for all property damage and or person injuries resulting from their pet. Please see the Concierge for an information sheet upon check in for local pet supply, veterinarian, dog daycare options, local dog park.  You will be required to sign a pet waiver fee upon arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out can be arranged for a minimal charge if available at the time of check-in. For early check-in, guests will need to reserve the room night before and let the hotel know so that we can make sure your room is ready for you upon arrival. If you arrive early and a room is ready, you can also check in early free of charge. In this case, maid service will not be provided until the following day unless specifically requested and paid for.

We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into or upon departure. Our concierge can do this for you.
